In Costa Rican society is seen currently in the act of committing increased crime, corruption and even deaths of victims. An example is the controversy corruption committed by several former presidents of the Republic, also another example Father Mainor involved in the corruption issue, the deaths of victims for drug problems mostly in men.
The state which promotes the creation of new jobs for security officers and municipal that ensure the safety of citizens and property of the state to reduce crime and acts of infrastructure damage.
One of the major disadvantages are the Costa Rican state has laws; no laws actually punish the offender if there is evidence that really involves who committed the act.
